We provide opportunities, ways to go forward, to learn, and to grow.
Aside from our expertise there are, one this page, both concrete and philosophical elements that differentiate our practice from others.

We answer our own phones engaging you, our client, from the very start.
From the moment we answer the phone you have our attention, and we welcome you.

If you reach our confidential voice-mail, rest assured your call will be returned, within six hours if not sooner.
Always feel free to ask questions, before committing to an appointment.

We limit the number of clients we see. That allows us to pay more attention to those we have.

We encourage you to call us at home when there is a need. We stop what we are doing to talk with you.
Sometimes that takes a few minutes. Sometimes more. We always have a few minutes.
If more time is needed, we will help you decided how this may best be accomplished.

We are for flexible

If our appointment is at 9, it could be a.m. or p.m. We offer flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
We can see you the same day, if requested.
A session a week is not for everyone. Perhaps more time is needed at one point, while a gap may make the most sense at another time.
What is best for the client? Decisions are made based on the answer to that most basic of questions.
Time, distance, and money are factored into the discussion.

Our initial session is at least 90 minutes

It is not the paperwork that fills the time; it is the information you are imparting.
It is the time it takes to get a sense of if we can work together.
A regular session is a minimum of 60 minutes.

A consultation? Sure!
We know that when you leave, you will have a clearer understanding of the problems we discussed.
Sometimes you even leave that day with a solution in hand. Other times you will leave with the awareness that your problem is larger, smaller or simply different than you originally thought.
Regardless, you will leave more knowledgeable and hopeful.

We offer privacy as well as confidentiality. It may sound the same, but it is not.
