Communication
What a simple word.
"We need to communicate better".
The word has been over-used and under appreciated.
As a result, when it is heard or read, there is little respect for its immense importance.
What though, could be more crucial?
This applies to a family, or between a couple, or in business, or at play, or in any essential interaction within a society.
Body language, tone, silence, are all subsets of communication.
When people enter my office, their communication or miscommunication dominates the room.
The trail that leads to solutions depends on the participants getting this part right.
